This book is sure to be a staple for any therapist working with children. Cognitive Behavioral methods can often be difficult to explain to children, as well as adults. Dr. Greer-Bach is able to break the concepts down through a story that is both entertaining and relatable It will keep the interest of the young reader while teaching the concept of controlling our automatic negative thoughts (ANTs). I highly recommend this book for both children and adults.

These two books in the series of five are a great start to help parents teach their children how to manage their emotions, including depression, anxiety, and worry. What great entertaining stories to share and teach children! I'm looking forward to reading the books that will follow by Dr. Greer-Bach.
